    I'm thrilled to share my experience with Thistle, a meal delivery service that has completely transformed the way I nourish my body. From the very first bite, I was blown away by the incredible taste and quality of each meal. Every dish is not only delicious but also packed with fresh, clean, and natural ingredients. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into crafting these meals, and it shows in every bite. I've yet to find an offering that I don't absolutely LOVE!     I've been surprisingly happy with Thistle, as I never really thought I'd be a meal delivery person. But it's kind of everything I want--healthy and fresh food that's either ready to eat or only takes a couple minutes to heat up. I really appreciate the style of food--vegan with the option for animal protein--as it's not too heavy and makes you feel good after eating it. Basically exactly what I want for a quick and healthy meal at home without having to get takeout or otherwise assemble a whole bunch of ingredients at home. I'm pretty picky, but I manage to find enough meals most weeks that I'm extremely happy with. Some of their logistics need a bit of work--we've gotten wrong meals, missing meals, or missing main ingredients in meals, and they're not the most generous when compensating you for these issues. I also wish they sent receipts each week for the meals, as I've had to create my own tracking system by taking screenshots of the meals we ordered each week. Also wish they'd let you have multiple profiles online, as it's hard to keep track of who ordered what and our reviews of the meals afterward (since the meals do recycle after a few weeks). But otherwise I'm really quite happy with them, and plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future.

    I had a meal service 5 years ago that was hit and miss, but I've really appreciated Thistle. The meals are fresh, there is variety every week and meals are good. Some of the desserts have been great! (Customer service has been helpful as well.)

    I'm a huge fan of Thistle. The food is tasty, fresh, and varied. I feel like I'm finally able to eat as healthily as I want to. I ate pretty healthy food before, but I wasn't getting the variety that's optimal. It feels like I have a personal chef with Thistle. I've found the customer service to be excellent. When I've had an issue come up (a rare occurrence), staff have been kind and helpful. I'd love for the food containers to be reusable, not just recyclable, but that's tough to do logistically. Regardless, I'm so happy they exist and greatly appreciate the effort toward being nutritious, flavorful, and having sustainability as a value.
